Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, visitors, and patrons with courtesy, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
- Open and close doors for guests entering and leaving the hotel.
- Assist with luggage and coordinate with Bell Attendants when required.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, events, and local attractions.
- Assist with transportation arrangements, including taxis and private vehicles.
- Keep the entrance area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Monitor arrivals and departures and communicate relevant information to Front Office and Concierge teams.
- Help manage entrance traffic flow and support VIP arrivals and departures.
- Follow hotel safety, security, and service standards; respond to inquiries and requests.
- Report suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
Qualifications and experience
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous luxury hotel, hospitality, customer service, or guest relations experience is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional appearance and grooming.
- Remain courteous and calm under pressure; know hospitality etiquette and guest service standards.
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical duties when required.
- Knowledge of local attractions, transportation, and surrounding areas is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
