Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, key accounts, and business partners.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Manage assigned accounts, leads, and sales activities, ensuring accurate records.
- Conduct client presentations, site inspections, and hotel show-arounds.
- Prepare sales forecasts and monitor account and segment performance.
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities, meeting spaces, and event offerings.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure effective communication and smooth coordination of client requirements.
- Maintain accurate booking information in Opera and Delphi.
- Support the Events team with client engagement, sales initiatives, and other assigned activities.
Requirements:
- College or university education; Business, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Commercially focused with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Excellent customer relationship and account management skills.
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with Opera and/or Delphi is an advantage.
- Flexible to work according to business and event requirements.
