Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, key accounts, and business partners; identify new business through market research and networking.
  • Manage assigned accounts, leads, and sales activities, maintaining accurate records.
  • Conduct client presentations, site inspections, and hotel show-arounds; maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, meeting spaces, and event offerings.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and monitor account and segment performance; track market trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client requirements and maintain booking information in Opera and Delphi.
  • Support the Events team with client engagement, sales initiatives, and other assigned activities.

Requirements

  • College or university education; a Business, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing qualification is preferred.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience; 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality experience is preferred.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, communication, interpersonal, customer relationship, and account management skills.
  • Commercially focused, proactive, and results-oriented; well-organized with attention to detail and time management.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with Opera and/or Delphi is an advantage.
  • Flexible to work according to business and event requirements.
