Assistant Restaurant Manager - Lobby Lounge

Main Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of the Lobby Lounge, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver impeccable service and hospitality.
- Supervise and manage staff performance, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
- Monitor and control inventory and stock levels, ensuring proper organization and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service and efficient communication.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring positive guest experiences.
- Assist with scheduling, staff allocations, and other operational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Oversee the implementation of hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Candidate Profile
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining establishment.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive and guest-focused attitude with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
