Assistant Outlet Manager for all-day dining at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha.
The role supports outlet service delivery, staff coordination, and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate staff teamwork to meet guest needs and service expectations; inspect grooming and attire.
- Complete opening and closing duties, prepare supplies and tools, clean work areas and equipment, and secure doors.
- Inspect storage for organization, FIFO use, and cleanliness; conduct inventories and requisition supplies.
- Monitor dining room seating, service, safety, and guest well-being; complete maintenance work orders.
- Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation, and coaching.
- Follow company and safety procedures, report unsafe conditions and incidents, and complete safety training.
- Welcome guests, address service needs and concerns, assist people with disabilities, and maintain professional communication.
- Protect confidential information and company assets; uphold quality standards and identify operational improvements.
Preferred qualifications
- Preferred: at least 2 years of related work experience.
- Preferred: at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Preferred: high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- The work involves extended periods standing, sitting, or walking; lifting and carrying objects up to 50 pounds; and bending, reaching, and using stairs or ramps.
Schedule and location
- Full-time schedule at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha; the posting says the position is not remote.
