General role profile responsibilities
- Supervise employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations and coaching, and oversee recruiting and hiring.
- Coordinate team activities, schedules, assignments, cross-training, and deadlines.
- Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Manage departmental or divisional profits and losses and develop goals and initiatives.
- Guide implementation of company policies, evaluate processes, and ensure operations follow established procedures.
- Maintain regulatory records and paperwork and troubleshoot operational issues.
General role profile qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; a combination of education and experience may be considered instead.
- Three to five years of relevant experience is stated for the general profile.
- Staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, performance, and retention experience is preferred.
- Ability to communicate sensitive or difficult information and handle performance expectations and problems.
