Support the Centre Director with day-to-day operations at Busy Bees West Ealing as an Assistant/Deputy Nursery Manager.
The nursery accommodates 53 children across a baby nursery and a day nursery, operating in two buildings.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations with the Centre Director and maintain educational standards.
- Develop and deliver an engaging, high-quality curriculum tailored to children's needs.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and high health and safety standards.
- Lead and mentor staff, promote family satisfaction, and support a positive centre experience.
- Assist with scheduling, payroll, recruitment, operational records, and financial planning.
Candidate requirements
- An approved Level 3 qualification or above in early years education is required.
- Experience in an early years setting is required; leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Candidates should demonstrate educational excellence, curriculum development experience, strong communication and organisational skills, teamwork, and experience with compliance and health and safety.
Nursery setting
- Busy Bees West Ealing is located just off West Ealing High Street in London.
- The nursery has indoor and outdoor play spaces in a secure environment.
