Role responsibilities
- Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
- Plan and deliver activities aligned with the EYFS to support physical, emotional, intellectual and social development.
- Oversee children's development and care needs as their key person.
- Build strong connections with children's families.
What the employer is looking for
- Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education.
- Proven experience working with children under five and genuine interest in early childhood education.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to apply child development knowledge when planning and delivering activities.
