Role responsibilities
- Prepare materials and arrange rooms to create a safe, stimulating environment for children's growth and learning.
- Plan and deliver activities that support physical, emotional, intellectual and social development in line with the EYFS.
- Act as a key person, overseeing children's development and care needs.
- Build strong relationships with children's families.
Required qualifications and experience
- A Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education is required.
- Proven experience working with children under five is required.
- Applicants should have a genuine interest in early childhood education.
- Good communication and excellent organisational skills are sought.
- Applicants must be able to apply child development knowledge to plan and deliver activities.
