Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
- Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
- Act as a key person and foster partnerships with children and their families.
- Track and report children's progress through observations and assessments.
What the employer is looking for
- Level 2 qualification in early years education or childcare.
- Experience working with children under five.
- Empathy and understanding of each child's individual needs.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
