Support the Centre Director with day-to-day nursery operations and educational standards.

Key responsibilities
- Support daily operations and educational standards.
- Assist with developing and delivering a high-quality curriculum.
- Maintain regulatory compliance, health and safety standards, and operational records.
- Lead and mentor staff; support scheduling, payroll, recruitment and financial planning.
- Promote family satisfaction and a positive centre experience.
Candidate requirements
- Approved Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
- Experience in an early years setting; leadership or supervisory experience is ideally as an Assistant Nursery Manager or Deputy Nursery Manager.
- Track record of educational excellence and curriculum development.
- Strong communication, organizational and teamwork skills.
- Experience maintaining regulatory and health and safety compliance.
