Position objective
Ensure products appear in the right store at the right time and in the right quantity.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare Retail Pro, sell-through, consolidation, product breakdown, and other merchandising reports.
- Coordinate with stores, logistics, and warehouse teams so product supply meets demand.
- Analyze best- and worst-selling products, including price points, colors, and styles.
- Analyze prior-season sales and report on current-season product lines.
- Optimize product category volume and profitability.
- Gather information about customer responses to products.
- Coordinate with the buying team on product issues, range planning, sales analysis, and deliveries.
- Prepare merchandise plans and materials for product range presentations and reviews.
- Report competitors' offerings and analyze opportunities for the brand team.
- Process Retail Pro reports and invoices; ensure records are accurate and timely.
- Maintain confidentiality of entrusted documents.
- Work with Merchandise Planning on ranges and product mix to maximize opportunities by subcategory and price point.
