Assistant Marketing Manager

Coordinate campaigns, promotions and centre activations from planning through to delivery and post-campaign reporting

Work with retailers, agencies, suppliers and community stakeholders to keep activity moving and deadlines on track

Support annual marketing plans, campaign calendars and day-to-day budget administration

Monitor campaign, sales and traffic results and prepare reporting and performance updates for key stakeholders

Process purchase orders, invoices and accruals accurately, with support across forecasting activities

Maintain marketing databases, media contacts and supplier records while following brand and approval processes

You're an organised and adaptable marketing professional who enjoys bringing campaigns and customer experiences to life while developing your commercial marketing capability. You communicate confidently, manage competing priorities effectively, and balance a willingness to learn with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

You'll also bring:

A qualification in Marketing, Business or a related discipline, and/or some relevant marketing experience

Exposure to campaigns, promotions, events, communications or stakeholder engagement

Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail

Good organisation skills and confidence managing several priorities at once

Comfort working with basic budgets, data and reporting, or the willingness to learn

Retail, shopping centre or property experience is strongly regarded, but not essential

Build practical retail marketing experience across the IFM Investors portfolio

Work alongside experienced property, marketing and centre management professionals
