Supports the smooth and efficient operation of an assigned food and beverage outlet.
Helps deliver exceptional guest experiences, uphold Hyatt brand standards, and achieve operational and financial objectives.
Responsibilities
- Assist in leading the outlet team and maintaining service excellence.
- Drive guest satisfaction and foster a positive, high-performing work environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience in food and beverage operations; international hotel experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, guest service standards, and health and safety regulations.
- Financial acumen and experience in cost control, budgeting, and revenue management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Ability to lead multicultural teams and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
