The Assistant Manager, Guest Relations leads the daily operation of Guest Relations and Concierge functions at Atlantis The Palm.

Responsibilities
- Lead Guest Relations and Concierge operations and develop a high-performing team.
- Manage guest engagement, concierge services, VIP and high-profile guests, special occasions, and service recovery.
- Maintain luxury service standards and collaborate with hotel departments to exceed guest expectations.
Candidate profile
- Consistent experience in five-star ultra-luxury hospitality, especially in VIP or butler services.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with proficiency in local knowledge and concierge-level services.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, teamwork, and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
