The Concierge helps ensure successful guest stays by creating exceptional experiences and lasting memories.
The role works closely with guests and surrounding teams, using anticipatory service and local knowledge to tailor experiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide detailed service options and create guest itineraries.
- Arrange tours, transport, and a wide range of guest bookings.
- Handle pre- and post-stay correspondence.
- Use hotel, food and beverage, and Dubai knowledge to enhance guest experiences.
- Continuously build and share team knowledge.
Candidate profile
- Demonstrate a passion for service delivery and provide bespoke guest suggestions and services.
- Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Conversational ability in Russian, Arabic, Chinese, French, or German is advantageous.
