The Concierge helps create exceptional guest stays through anticipatory, personalized service.
The role uses hotel, food and beverage, and local Dubai knowledge to tailor guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Arrange guest itineraries, tours, transport, and bookings.
- Handle pre- and post-stay correspondence and provide detailed service options.
- Anticipate guest needs and coordinate with guests and surrounding teams.
- Enhance and share current destination and service knowledge with the team.
Candidate profile
- Demonstrate a passion for service delivery and provide bespoke guest suggestions and services.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Russian, Arabic, Chinese, or German language ability is advantageous.
