Role overview
Support the day-to-day management of special events at Atlantis The Royal, overseeing event setups, service, and logistics.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee setups, service delivery, and logistics to ensure functions are executed smoothly and meet luxury standards.
- Coordinate operational requirements with internal teams and event stakeholders.
- Lead and motivate colleagues and prepare venues, equipment, and service areas.
- Deliver events from intimate celebrations to large-scale functions while maintaining service and guest satisfaction.
Candidate requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role at a luxury hotel or restaurant.
- Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and restaurant reservation platforms.
- Sound P&L awareness, F&B cost control, and inventory management experience.
- Understanding of global market trends; proactive, creative, and able to empower others.
