The role focuses on guest laundry pickup and delivery, quality checks, customer service, and learning resort operations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure guest laundry pickup and delivery processes meet FORBES standards.
- Conduct quality checks.
Qualifications
- At least two years in a similar position within a luxury property.
- Housekeeping experience.
- A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is cited.
- Ability to contribute to and deliver against a business strategy.
- Customer-service passion and willingness to learn other resort operations.
