Technical facilities operations
- Monitor service tickets and ensure closure within turnaround times.
- Follow safety procedures, prepare work permits, and provide utilities for projects.
- Monitor troubleshooting of systems and support CAMC visits.
- Ensure power availability at the property and deliver M&E project scope to required quality and timelines.
- Monitor STP, WTP, and RO treatment plants; arrange authorized periodic testing and obtain safety certificates.
- Plan and oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil installation operations.
Maintenance, audits, and contractors
- Inspect buildings with engineers, conduct technical audits, and review M&E contractor maintenance practices against manufacturer recommendations.
- Develop maintenance schedules and shutdowns with clients and OEMs; inspect logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedules.
- Promote zero downtime, monitor water consumption, administer equipment AMCs, and periodically update SOPs and operating materials.
- Maintain critical-spares inventories and reconcile materials, diesel, and consumables.
- Prepare annual M&E budgets, coordinate snag resolution, and raise operational concerns with projects and clients.
- Maintain fire equipment and FAS panels; prepare 52-week PPM and training schedules.
Property and service management
- Support the site lead with property, technical-services contract, and procurement management.
- Verify project handover documentation from BOQs through commissioning and available third-party audit reports.
- Participate in client-space handovers and takeovers; monitor and review contractors periodically.
- Ensure 5S and digitization compliance and maintain M&E personnel uniform and hygiene standards.
Candidate qualifications
- Electrical engineering background.
- 4–6 years of experience in building facilities, covering high- and low-side systems.
