Provide clear direction and support to the housekeeping team, maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Collaborate with Front Office and Maintenance to guarantee rooms are guest-ready.

Oversee and implement effective maintenance programs.

Liaise with external contractors and suppliers to uphold hotel standards.

Respond promptly to operational challenges, including guest complaints, enquiries, and special requests.

Develop and deliver training initiatives to foster team growth and excellence.

Prepare staff rosters and manage labour costs in line with budget expectations.

Maintain robust cost-control systems for cleaning supplies, linen, and inventory.

Assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, ensuring alignment with company values and standards of excellence.

A minimum of 12 months’ experience as a supervisor in a hotel or similar environment.

Outstanding training, motivational, and leadership skills.

Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to challenges.

A current open driver’s licence (preferred).
