Assist the Carbone Restaurant General Manager with daily operations and restaurant profitability.
Train and develop team members, coordinate schedules, and implement company policies and procedures.
Help control costs, retain employees, deliver outstanding guest service, and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Duties
- Maintain guest service standards, product knowledge, and brand specifications; handle guest complaints and use feedback to make improvements.
- Recruit, train, develop, communicate with, and assess team members, including annual performance reviews.
- Maintain merchandising, displays, signage, and inventory; support new products and promotions through team guidance and training.
- Manage financials, personnel, facilities, marketing, food preparation and quality, and general operations.
- Complete quarterly menu engineering and maintain guest records, feedback, ratings, and preferences in restaurant systems.
- Forecast sales and expenses, plan staffing and schedules, resolve conflicts, and address operational problems.
- Maintain company policies and procedures and established health and safety standards.
About You
- Experience in a luxury hotel and 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Previous international experience is preferred.
- Team leadership, customer focus, ability to work under pressure, and a hands-on management style.
