Facilities Management supports Property Managers with asset operations, repairs, and investment plans.
Responsibilities
- Manage painting and patchwork projects and major repairs to architectural items, cabinets, doors, and windows.
- Direct installation of shelving, tank holders, paper towel racks, coat hooks, and other items.
- Serve as the frontline client contact for requests and coordinate corrective and preventative maintenance with trades personnel.
- Use standard procedures to complete assigned work, solve routine problems, meet deadlines, and explain complex information in straightforward situations.
- Model CBRE RISE values and contribute to the quality of team work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; a combination of education and experience may be considered instead.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Understand procedures and standards and use technical experience to assess solutions and apply judgment.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills, an inquisitive mindset, and advanced math skills for percentages, fractions, and financial calculations.
Compensation and benefits
- The stated salary range is $84,000–$94,000 annually.
- Benefits include a group retirement program, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage.
