Responsibilities
- Conduct asbestos surveying and perform airborne fibre monitoring, fibre counting, Four Stage Clearances, and Certificates for Reoccupation under applicable procedures and regulations.
- Produce accurate, timely reports and recommendations and provide technical information to clients.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, contractors, and service providers; arrange and attend meetings, audits, and training.
- Support the Site Manager with RAMS, risk assessments, technical documentation, and advice on health, safety, and compliance.
Required qualifications
- BOHS P403 and BOHS P404.
- RSPH Level 3 Certificate for Asbestos Air Monitoring Analysts.
- BOHS Certificate of Competence in Asbestos.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references are required for the successful candidate.
Salary
- Salary is listed as £53,000–£61,000; no pay cadence is stated.
