Role responsibilities
- Manage and monitor financial-services sales revenue to achieve agreed targets and maximize revenue.
- Manage self and team in accordance with people-management policies and practices.
- Organize and supervise team activities to deliver targets, objectives, and the business plan.
- Develop and maintain internal stakeholder, external agency, and client relationships.
- Manage customer portfolios to increase revenue through cross-selling, upselling, and retention.
Candidate requirements
- At least four years of retail banking experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, or a relevant specialization.
- In-depth knowledge of global financial markets and trends.
- Understanding of retail banking products and services.
