Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the sales targets (volume, revenue, and margin) for the assigned region, and report performance against monthly and quarterly plans.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of 2–3 sales representatives, setting individual targets, monitoring pipelines, and conducting regular field visits alongside them.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts across the region: contractors, applicators, distributors, dealers, project owners, and consultants.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within the assigned territory, including project tracking from specification through to purchase.
  • Drive product specification with consultants, engineers, and project decision-makers to position the company's paints and building chemicals on active and upcoming projects.
  • Manage the regional sales pipeline and forecast, ensuring accurate reporting on projects, quotations, and expected closures.
  • Monitor collections and receivables within the region, ensuring customers stay within approved credit terms.
  • Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends in the territory, and feed insights back to management.
  • Coordinate with technical, logistics, and supply teams to ensure timely delivery, technical support, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the team applies company pricing, discount, and credit policies consistently.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Chemical, or a related discipline) or equivalent.
  • Up to 5 years of sales experience, ideally within paints, construction materials, or building chemicals.
  • Prior experience supervising or leading a small sales team is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of the assigned regional market and its contractor and distributor base.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and team leadership skills.
