Role objective
Lead requirements, backlog management, and feature delivery for ECB’s self-service API Developer Portal to streamline partner onboarding for government super-apps and financial institutions.
Product definition and delivery
- Define functional requirements and user stories for Credit Score, Credit Report, and Configurable Reports APIs.
- Cover developer lifecycle stages: browse, register, sandbox integration, qualify, bill, and support.
- Manage backlogs across 14 Agile sprints following discovery, using JIRA, Confluence, and MoSCoW prioritization.
Stakeholders and technical workflows
- Align ECB Customer Experience, Technology Delivery, Technology Operations, and third-party partner integration teams.
- Oversee MuleSoft Anypoint, Azure API Management, Azure AD B2C authentication, UAE Pass consent integration, and MS Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP billing.
- Ensure adherence to UAE Data Residency mandates and enterprise security policies, including OAuth2, JWT, and Azure Key Vault.
Desired qualifications
- 10+ years in fintech or banking technical product management.
- Expertise in RESTful APIs, Swagger/OpenAPI specifications, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional team coordination.
