The posting describes a BA Manager/Delivery Lead responsible for technical delivery of UnifyApps implementations across large enterprises.
The work involves digital transformation, enterprise AI use cases, technical oversight, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage internal and external stakeholders and day-to-day technical delivery of enterprise AI use cases.
- Coach implementation engineers and mentor junior engineers and consultants in delivery practices.
- Set and enforce Definition of Done criteria across development teams, refining them based on client feedback and project needs.
- Lead internal sprint ceremonies and client-facing demos, alignment sessions, and coordination calls.
- Chair client steering committees, prepare status reports, and conduct reviews to resolve issues and align delivery with business goals.
- Translate requirements into execution plans and drive adoption of AI agents and agentic workflows.
- Collaborate on solution design and track scope, risks, dependencies, and quality.
Qualifications and experience
- 10+ years managing or delivering enterprise software or digital transformation projects is marked MUST HAVE.
- Experience with SaaS implementations, system integration, or workflow automation.
- Knowledge of low-code platforms, iPaaS, ETL/reverse ETL, and AI-driven solutions.
- Hands-on familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
- Strong client engagement and communication skills.
- BFSI or other enterprise vertical experience is preferred.
- A separate work experience line states 7–10 years.
