- Basic understanding of capital markets and stakeholder management.
- Excellent project management, planning, monitoring, and reporting understanding in a large, multifaceted organization.
- Proven project delivery track record.
- Knowledge of project delivery approaches, including Agile and Waterfall.
Project delivery
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
- Identify project phases, activities, and effort required to complete projects.
- Deliver projects on schedule, within scope, and within approved budget.
- Plan resources, develop comprehensive project plans, and establish progress baselines.
- Direct projects through initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
- Manage scope changes, identify potential pain points, and implement contingency plans.
Governance and coordination
- Develop project communication methods and frequency.
- Track defects and fixes; document dependencies, assumptions, and constraints.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, and resolve team conflicts.
- Organize workshops, including venue, materials, and attendee arrangements.
- Lead daily or weekly stand-ups and Project Board or Steering Committee meetings.
- Ensure team members have needed information, timesheets, and resources.
Reporting and compliance
- Develop progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Identify lessons learned and best practices and propose project-management process improvements.
- Manage compliance with Legal, Audit, and Risk Management divisions and applicable external and Central Bank regulations for electronic and mobile banking solutions, alongside the Business Owner.
