Systems and infrastructure administration
- Administer and support Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Manage VMware vSphere/ESXi and Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
- Configure and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise servers and infrastructure services.
- Provision servers, perform operating-system upgrades and patch management, and tune performance.
Storage, cloud, and service operations
- Manage storage solutions including NetApp, Dell EMC, and HPE, and backup platforms including Veeam, Commvault, or Veritas NetBackup.
- Support Microsoft Azure infrastructure and hybrid cloud environments.
- Monitor infrastructure using enterprise monitoring tools and proactively resolve issues.
- Perform incident, problem, and change management according to ITIL processes.
- Implement disaster recovery and business continuity procedures.
- Collaborate with network, security, database, and application teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
