Arabic Workshop Presenter / Trainer – Banking & Financial Education

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive financial literacy and financial education workshops to school and university students.
• Conduct workshops professionally in both Arabic and English.
• Explain banking and financial concepts in a simple, practical, and student-friendly manner.
• Facilitate discussions, activities, exercises, and real-life financial scenarios.
• Engage and manage groups of students across different age groups.
• Adapt delivery style according to the audience and educational level.
• Familiarise yourself with workshop presentations, activities, trainer guides, and supporting materials before delivery.
• Answer student questions relating to basic banking, money management, savings, budgeting, responsible financial behaviour, and related topics.
• Coordinate professionally with teachers, school administrators, university representatives, and internal teams.
• Represent the organisation professionally during workshops, educational events, and institutional visits.
• Provide feedback and observations following workshop sessions.

Mandatory Requirements

• Fluent Arabic speaker.
• Strong professional command of English.
• Previous professional experience in banking, finance, financial services, or a closely related financial field is mandatory.
• Previous UAE work experience is required.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and public-speaking skills.
• Comfortable presenting to groups and speaking in front of an audience.
• Ability to simplify financial concepts for students with little or no financial knowledge.
• Energetic, outgoing, confident, and engaging personality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Currently based in the UAE.
• Available to join immediately.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience delivering workshops, training sessions, presentations, seminars, or educational programs.
• Experience working with school or university students.
• Previous experience in financial literacy or financial education.
• Experience in retail banking, customer banking, financial advisory, relationship management, banking training, or similar customer-facing financial roles.
• Experience delivering bilingual Arabic-English presentations.
• Familiarity with the UAE education sector.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Compensation

• Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month.
