Bedashing Beauty Lounge is looking for Receptionist!
Join our team as a Receptionist and be part of a dynamic, trendsetting brand that celebrates beauty, excellence, and customer care.
Front Desk Operations
- Greet clients and inform technicians of their arrival and treatments.
- Maintain accurate branch communication and documentation.
- Manage cash, handle sales, and follow daily closing procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone.
- Follow all front desk SOPs and maintain reception area standards.
Booking & System Management
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on client appointments.
- Ensure accurate treatment and client records in the system.
- Manage therapists' schedules, leaves, and lunch breaks.
- Stay updated on pricing, promotions, and apply money handling SOPs.
Client & Team Interaction
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and follow-up professionally.
- Promote services and products effectively.
- Support the Branch Manager with admin tasks.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and maintain branch ambience.
1. Skills
- Strong passion for customer service
- Excellent English communication skills
- Great time management and multi-tasking ability
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and POS systems
- Professional grooming and positive attitude
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
2. Experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a receptionist as well as in Sales.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month

- Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
