Arabic Receptionist (Female)

About This Role

We are looking for a professional and experienced Arabic-speaking female receptionist to join our clinic in Al Barsha Heights (Tecom), Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients across our aesthetic dermatology, dental, and laser departments. She must deliver outstanding customer service, manage front desk operations efficiently, and ensure a smooth patient experience from arrival to departure. *Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.*

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Welcome patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner

* Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries

* Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments across dermatology, dental, and laser departments

* Handle patient check-in and check-out processes

* Maintain and update patient records accurately

* Process payments and issue receipts

* Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to ensure smooth daily workflow

* Promote clinic services (Botox, fillers, skin boosters, dental treatments, laser services) when appropriate

* Handle administrative tasks such as filing, reporting, and email communication

* Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area

*Requirements:*

* Female candidate

* *Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) – mandatory*

* Proven experience as a receptionist or front desk officer (clinic experience preferred)

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Professional appearance and positive attitude

* Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

* Proficiency in MS Office and appointment booking systems

*Preferred Qualifications:*

* Previous experience in UAE clinics (aesthetic dermatology, dental, or laser)

* Familiarity with insurance and patient billing processes

* Sales or customer service background is an advantage
