Arabic Receptionist (Female)

Overview

• We are looking for a professional and experienced **Arabic-speaking female receptionist** to join our clinic in Al Barsha Heights (Tecom), Dubai.
• The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients across our aesthetic dermatology, dental, and laser departments.
• She must deliver outstanding customer service, manage front desk operations efficiently, and ensure a smooth patient experience from arrival to departure. *Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.*
• *Key Responsibilities:*
• Welcome patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner
• Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments across dermatology, dental, and laser departments
• Handle patient check-in and check-out processes
• Maintain and update patient records accurately
• Process payments and issue receipts
• Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to ensure smooth daily workflow
• Promote clinic services (Botox, fillers, skin boosters, dental treatments, laser services) when appropriate
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, reporting, and email communication
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
