Overview

Job Description

• **Greeting & Front Desk:** Welcoming visitors, determining their needs, and directing them to the appropriate person or office.
• **Communication Management:** Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls and taking messages.
• **Administrative Support:** Scheduling appointments, booking meeting rooms, handling correspondence, filing, and scanning documents.
• **Office Maintenance:** Keeping the reception area clean and organized, and maintaining office equipment or supplies.
• **Security & Safety:** Monitoring visitor access, issuing visitor badges, and following security procedures.
• **Clerical Tasks:** Handling mail/courier services, data entry, and sometimes assisting with billing or invoices
• **Communication:** Exceptional verbal and written skills with a professional demeanor.
• **Multitasking:** Ability to manage multiple tasks (phones, guests, tasks) simultaneously.
• **Technical Proficiency:** Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
• **Customer Service:** Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and professionalism.
• **Organization:** Strong attention to detail and ability to organize records
