A Medical center is seeking to hire an Arabic-speaking female Receptionist & Marketing Executive with the following qualifications:
Requirements
Arabic speaker
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist in a medical center
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong ability to manage appointments and organize schedules
Basic knowledge of marketing and service promotion
Proficient in computer use and booking systems/Marketing strategies.
Job Responsibilities
Welcome and assist client
Manage and schedule appointments efficiently
Handle phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries
Follow up on bookings and confirmations
Support marketing activities and promote services
Coordinate with the medical and administrative team
Handle social Media accounts post using AI tools for Ads
Respond all queries in social media.
