Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a dedicated, active, and professional Arabic Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate should be flexible, well-organized, and capable of efficiently managing front desk responsibilities.
Working Hours
- 8 hours daily (12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, including 1-hour break)
- 6 days per week
- 1 day off per week
Requirements
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (speaking and understanding)
- Valid residence visa with more than 6 months validity
- Available to join immediately
- Active, flexible, and well-organized
- Knowledge of general administrative practices
- Computer literate with moderate typing speed
- Updated CV with recent photo
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients professionally and assist them upon arrival
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments
- Arrange follow-up appointments and provide reminder calls
- Coordinate with medical insurance providers regarding co-payments
- Verify payment methods and collect payments when required
- Interested applicants may send their updated CV with a recent photo.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
