Arabic Project Manager

Role overview

Location and workplace

• The position is based onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale government and enterprise technology projects.
• Lead work involving applications, integration, middleware, cloud, and infrastructure platforms.
• Coordinate teams across GCP, OpenShift/OCP, cloud, middleware, and integration environments.
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Work with solution architects, integration architects, infrastructure, application, DevOps, and middleware teams.
• Run governance meetings and provide status reports and executive-level presentations.
• Manage client stakeholders, vendors, partners, and internal delivery teams.
• Coordinate infrastructure, application, and integration workstreams.
• Track KPIs, resource utilization, risks, change requests, and delivery commitments.
• Ensure compliance with government standards, security requirements, and organizational governance processes.

Required experience and skills

• At least 8 years of overall IT experience with strong project or program management experience.
• Proven experience managing government, public-sector, or large enterprise technology projects.
• Good understanding of cloud, infrastructure, applications, integration, and middleware projects.
• Exposure to platforms such as GCP, OpenShift/OCP, APIs, and enterprise middleware.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
• Fluent Arabic and English communication.

Preferred qualification

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar project management certification is preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is SAR 6,698.42–20,000 per month.
