Responsibilities
- Create prompts and responses across topics to guide AI learning.
- Evaluate and rank AI responses for accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance.
- Test models for inaccuracies or biases and validate reliability across use cases.
- Assess solutions for accuracy, clarity, and prompt adherence; identify reasoning or methodology errors.
- Fact-check information, write model solutions, and rate responses for correctness and reasoning quality.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Linguistics, Translation, Arabic Language, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Native or near-native Arabic proficiency and strong writing and editing in Modern Standard Arabic and at least one major dialect; Egyptian Arabic is preferred.
- C1 English proficiency in reading and writing.
- At least three years of relevant professional experience in translation, localization, editorial QA, content quality, linguistic review, or equivalent.
- Attention to detail, consistent rubric application, fact-checking ability, and skill in identifying reasoning gaps.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment with reliable availability and communication.
- AI data training, annotation, or evaluation experience and MENA Arabic localization familiarity are preferred.
