As an Appointment Setter, you're the first real conversation a homeowner has with Shugarman's Bath. You'll connect with people who already raised their hand about remodeling their bathroom, find out what matters to them, build value in the consultation, work through hesitation, and earn the appointment. When you do it well, our Design Consultants walk in with a stronger shot at the sale, and you get paid for it.

We work remotely, but we operate as a team. We share wins, compete, coach each other, and push each other to get better. If you're sales-driven, competitive, coachable, comfortable on the phone all day, and want your paycheck to reflect your results, we want to hear from you.

Compensation

$22/hour guaranteed base

Uncapped demo pay for every demo above your monthly minimum

Monthly team bonuses and daily spiffs

Three levels to grow through, with base up to $30/hour, and a clear path to $100,000+ for top performers

This is a high-volume phone role, and that’s the opportunity. You’ll make 100+ calls a day, and every call is another chance to book a demo. Every demo above the minimum puts more money in your pocket. You don’t need to have done this before. If that math excites you and you’re ready to learn, we’ll coach you on the rest.

What You’ll Do

Make 100+ outbound calls a day to homeowners who requested information, and handle inbound calls as needed

Convert new and existing leads into qualified appointments for our Design Consultants

Ask strong discovery questions to understand each homeowner’s project, needs, motivation, and timeline

Build value in the consultation and confidently ask for the appointment

Navigate questions, hesitation, and objections while maintaining a positive customer experience

Follow up consistently with leads through phone, text, and email

Re-engage previous opportunities and turn renewed interest into appointments

Maintain accurate customer information and detailed notes in our CRM

Work toward clearly defined appointment-setting goals and performance KPIs

Use call coaching, scorecards, and performance data to keep improving

Record and send personalized video messages to homeowners after booking to create a strong, personal connection before their consultation.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in inside sales, appointment setting, outbound sales or another performance-driven role (strongly preferred)

A confident, professional phone presence and the ability to build rapport quickly

Strong discovery skills and the ability to ask thoughtful questions rather than simply follow a script

Confidence handling objections and moving conversations toward a clear next step

A competitive, goal-oriented mindset and motivation to achieve measurable results

Resilience, the ability to hear “no” and bring the same confidence to the next opportunity

Strong accountability, reliability, and follow-through

A coachable mindset and the ability to quickly turn feedback into action

The ability to stay focused, productive, and self-motivated in a remote environment

A reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace

Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and navigate CRM and communication systems

Schedule

Full-time and remote, with a set weekly schedule. We’re hiring for two shifts (Pacific Time):

Monday to Friday , 10:45 AM to 7:15 PM

Tuesday to Saturday , 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM
