What you'll do
- Process accounts payable, vendor records, invoice batches, approvals, statements, payment runs, and supporting documentation.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards, post transactions, and maintain cash and banking records.
- Issue customer invoices, apply cash receipts, maintain AR aging, and perform initial collections follow-up.
- Maintain recurring schedules, balance-sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and intercompany confirmations for month-end close.
- Maintain audit-ready records, respond to Jira finance requests, document procedures, and support Controller-led projects.
What you'll bring
- DEC in accounting and management techniques, AEC in accounting, or equivalent training.
- Two to four years of full-cycle accounting experience.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and high-volume data.
- ERP experience is required; NetSuite is strongly preferred, with Sage, Dynamics, or QuickBooks accepted.
- Accuracy, organization, self-direction, follow-through, discretion, judgment, and clear written communication are required.
