Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Gather and manage business requirements; improve business processes and service delivery.
• Evaluate, recommend, and support technology solutions; engage stakeholders and facilitate consensus.
• Conduct testing, validation, and user acceptance activities; support change communications, training, and adoption.
• Support project delivery by identifying risks and dependencies; analyze data and metrics for decisions and outcomes.
• Maintain business, process, and system documentation; support governance, compliance, and legal technology workflows.

Candidate requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Computer Science, or CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMP certification.
• At least five years of experience in a law firm, professional services firm, or legal technology.
• Experience supporting enterprise software implementations and business transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of requirements gathering, business process analysis and modeling, workflow analysis, and requirements management.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and Copilot.
• Legal technology, document management systems, and Microsoft 365 experience; workflow solutions are an asset.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, stakeholder-management, and customer-service skills.

Work arrangement

• The position is described as 100% telework and work entirely from home.

Compensation

• Typical annual salary range is CAD 95,000 to CAD 110,000; offer depends on location, qualifications, experience, and equity considerations.
