Role overview

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and manage business requirements.
• Improve business processes and service delivery.
• Evaluate, recommend, and support implementation of technology solutions.
• Engage stakeholders and build collaboration and consensus.
• Test and validate solutions, including user acceptance.
• Support change communications, training, and adoption.
• Identify project risks and dependencies with project teams.
• Analyze business data and metrics for decision-making and outcome measurement.
• Maintain business, process, and system documentation and support governance and compliance.
• Optimize legal workflows and value from legal technology investments.

Qualifications

• University or college degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMP certification.
• At least five years of experience in a law firm, professional services firm, or legal technology.
• Experience supporting enterprise software implementation and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, business process analysis and modeling, workflow analysis, and requirements management methods and tools.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and Copilot.
• Legal technology, document management systems, and workflow solutions experience is an asset.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills; customer-service orientation and attention to detail.

Compensation

• Typical annual salary range is CAD 95,000 to CAD 110,000; base pay varies by location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market and internal equity.
