Role overview

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and manage business requirements; evaluate and improve processes; assess and support technology solutions.
• Engage stakeholders, support testing and user acceptance, and develop change communications, training, and adoption strategies.
• Support project teams with risk and dependency management; analyze data and report outcomes.
• Maintain business, process, and system documentation and support governance and compliance.
• Optimize legal workflows and help maximize the value of legal technology investments.

Qualifications

• A university or college degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Computer Science, or a CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMP certification.
• At least five years of experience in a law firm, professional services firm, or legal technology.
• Experience supporting enterprise software implementations and business transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of requirements gathering, business process analysis and modelling, workflow analysis, and requirements management methods and tools.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and Copilot.
• Analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and customer-service skills.
• Legal technology, document management systems, and workflow solutions are identified as assets.

Work arrangement

• The position is 100% remote and may be performed entirely from home.

Compensation

• The typical base salary range is CAD 95,000–110,000 annually, varying with location and job-related qualifications, experience, and market factors.
