Work arrangement

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and manage requirements; evaluate and redesign business processes.
• Assess, recommend, and support implementation of technology solutions.
• Engage business and technical stakeholders and facilitate collaboration and consensus.
• Test and validate solutions, including user acceptance activities.
• Support change adoption through communications, training, and adoption strategies.
• Support project delivery by identifying risks and managing dependencies.
• Analyze business data and metrics to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
• Maintain business, process, and system documentation and support governance and compliance.
• Improve legal workflows with lawyers and business services teams and support effective use of legal technology.

Qualifications

• A university or college degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Computer Science, or CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMP certification.
• At least five years of experience in a law firm, professional services firm, or legal technology.
• Experience supporting enterprise software implementations and business transformation initiatives.
• Understanding of requirements gathering, business process analysis, process modelling, workflow analysis, and requirements management tools and methods.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and Copilot.
• Legal technology, document management systems, and workflow solutions are identified as assets.
• Analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, stakeholder-management, and customer-service skills.

Compensation

• Typical annual salary range is CAD 95,000 to CAD 110,000; the offer may vary by location and job-related factors.
