Role overview

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and manage requirements aligned with stakeholder needs and strategic objectives.
• Evaluate and redesign processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and service delivery.
• Assess, recommend, and support technology solution implementation.
• Engage business and technical stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and consensus.
• Test and validate solutions and support user acceptance activities.
• Develop communications, training, and adoption strategies for organizational change.
• Identify project risks and manage dependencies with project managers and delivery teams.
• Analyze business data and metrics to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
• Maintain business, process, and system documentation and support governance and compliance.
• Optimize legal workflows and legal technology investments with lawyers and business services teams.

Qualifications

• University or college degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Computer Science, or CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMP certification.
• At least five years of experience in a law firm, professional services firm, or legal technology.
• Experience supporting enterprise software implementations and business transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of requirements gathering, business process analysis and modelling, workflow analysis, and requirements management methods and tools.
• Legal technology, document management systems, and Microsoft 365 experience are assets; workflow solutions are also considered an asset.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and Copilot.
• Analytical and problem-solving ability, effective communication and facilitation, stakeholder management, and customer-service orientation.

Compensation

• Typical annual salary range is CAD 95,000 to CAD 110,000; the offer may vary with location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, internal equity, and market equity.
