Role overview

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and manage requirements; assess and improve business processes.
• Evaluate, recommend, and support implementation of technology solutions.
• Engage stakeholders and facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams.
• Support testing, validation, and user acceptance; develop change communications, training, and adoption strategies.
• Support project risk and dependency management; analyze data and metrics for decision-making.
• Maintain business, process, and system documentation supporting governance and compliance.
• Improve legal workflows and maximize the value of legal-technology investments.

About you

• University or college degree in Business Administration, IT, or Computer Science, or CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMP certification.
• At least five years of experience in a law firm, professional-services firm, or legal technology.
• Experience supporting enterprise software implementations and business transformation.
• Knowledge of requirements gathering, process analysis and modelling, workflow analysis, and requirements-management methods.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and Copilot.
• Legal technology, document management systems, and workflow solutions are assets.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills; customer-service orientation.

Compensation

• Typical annual salary range is CAD 95,000–CAD 110,000; offer may vary based on location, qualifications, experience, and market and internal equity.
