Revenue management duties
- Assist with room inventory management to maximize cluster room revenue and maintain accurate reservation information and automation.
- Prepare competitive analyses and supporting materials for market sales strategy meetings.
- Assist with room authorizations, rates, restrictions, and communications of rate strategy to properties.
- Perform month-end reporting and auditing and provide forward-looking information for forecasting, need areas, and financial expectations.
- Generate, process, and update property and market reports and support the team's reporting and analytical needs.
- Maintain systems by entering rate hurdles, monitoring forecasted demand, updating group forecasts, and running daily checks.
- Assist with training new associates on revenue management tools and implementing hotel sales strategies in reservation and inventory systems.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- At least one year of related work experience is preferred.
- No supervisory experience is listed as required; no license or certification is listed.
