SS&C Eze’s Client Solutions team is seeking a Solutions Analyst interested in technology and financial markets.
The team supports hedge fund and asset management clients and provides product expertise and high-touch client service.
The role includes product and industry training, peer coaching, and hands-on management.
Location and work model
- The position is based in Chicago, Illinois, with a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Manage operational and product-support responsibilities across teams and systems.
- Respond to client product inquiries and troubleshoot requests, providing real-time solutions.
- Escalate and resolve issues involving client counterparties and internal teams.
- Build knowledge of financial technology and investment products.
- Develop relationships with portfolio managers, traders, operations teams, and technology teams at client organizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong client-facing verbal and written communication skills.
- Superior problem-solving and analysis skills.
- Desire to work directly with clients and build relationships.
- Ability to take initiative and handle increasing responsibility and autonomy over time.
- One to two years of relevant customer service and/or technology experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with SQL is preferred.

Compensation
- The stated Illinois base salary range is USD 70,000 to USD 83,000 per year.
