AI Solutions Engineer (Client Facing Experience Required)

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships, lead check-ins, and coordinate responses to questions, issues, and escalations.
• Lead discovery and define business goals, processes, users, data, integrations, constraints, and measurable success criteria.
• Translate needs into agent use cases, workflow maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria, including tool actions, exceptions, and human handoffs.
• Configure and test agents, prompts, workflows, and platform integrations; refine configurations based on agreed requirements.
• Coordinate feature scope, feasibility, progress, and delivery with Product, AI, and Engineering.
• Coordinate onboarding, integration dependencies, UAT, issue resolution, sign-off, training, and go-live readiness.
• Track post-launch feedback, adoption, agent performance, and client satisfaction; prioritize improvements.
• Set expectations on AI capabilities, limitations, scope, and timelines, validating feasibility before making commitments.

Requirements

• Requires 2–5 years in solutions consulting, business analysis, implementation, or technical customer success, with client-relationship and delivery ownership.
• Requires translating business needs and ambiguous requests into clear requirements, process flows, and testable outcomes.
• Requires functional understanding of LLMs and AI agents, including prompting, knowledge retrieval, tool use, guardrails, and human oversight.
• Requires platform configuration and testing skills and working knowledge of APIs, authentication, webhooks, and business-system integrations.
• Requires strong client communication, expectation management, organized follow-through, and clear documentation.

Bonus experience

• Bonus: delivering Agentic AI, conversational AI, voice agents, or workflow automation to business clients.
• Bonus: hands-on no-code or low-code workflow tools; enterprise SaaS implementations or UAE/GCC clients; startup experience.

Compensation

• Pay is up to AED 11,000 per month.

Workplace

• The role is based in Dubai and is work-from-office; the description also states work location is in person.
