AI Solutions Engineer

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client relationships and coordinate questions, issues, and escalations.
• Lead discovery and agree on measurable success criteria.
• Translate requirements into agent use cases, workflow maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Configure and test agents, prompts, workflows, and integrations; refine solutions against requirements.
• Coordinate feature requirements and delivery with Product, AI, and Engineering.
• Coordinate onboarding, integrations, UAT, issue resolution, sign-off, training, and go-live readiness.
• Track post-launch feedback, adoption, performance, and satisfaction; prioritize improvements.
• Set expectations on AI capabilities, scope, and timelines, confirming feasibility with technical teams.

Required qualifications

• 2–5 years in solutions consulting, business analysis, implementation, or technical customer success, with client relationship and delivery ownership.
• Ability to turn business needs and ambiguous requests into clear requirements, process flows, and testable outcomes.
• Functional understanding of LLMs and AI agents, including prompting, knowledge retrieval, tool use, guardrails, and human oversight.
• Comfort configuring and testing platform solutions.
• Working understanding of APIs, authentication, webhooks, and integrations with business systems.
• Strong communication, expectation management, documentation, and organized follow-through from onboarding through post-launch support.

Bonus experience

• Experience delivering Agentic AI, conversational AI, voice-agent, or workflow-automation solutions to business clients is a bonus.
• Hands-on no-code or low-code workflow configuration, prompt testing, or use-case demonstrations are a bonus.
• Enterprise SaaS implementation, UAE or GCC client experience, and startup experience are bonuses.

Compensation

• Pay is up to AED 11,000 per month.

• Work from office; work location is in person.
